During math, the kindergartners have been learning about flat and solid shapes. They worked with a partner to build a cube with clay and craft sticks.

Learning about bones with Vicky

Vicky, the education outreach coordinator from the Brattleboro Food Coop, taught the kindergartners about bones. Best of all, Vicky brought a bone- healthy snack full of calcium - yogurt!

As part of our study about the human body and staying healthy, Vicky from the Brattleboro Food Coop came. She talked to the kindergartners about eating foods from all the colors of the rainbow!
